We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note: our products are carefully handmade, resulting in slight variations between items, which are common in handmade manufacturing and add uniqueness to your purchase, slight variations or imperfections that don't affect the beauty of the piece are not considered defects. 



The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 3 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Customer pays for return shipping.



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

While we take pride in the quality of materials used in our jewelry, including being nickel-free and hypoallergenic, we must emphasize that we cannot ensure an allergy-free experience for every individual. Allergic reactions can vary based on personal sensitivities, and unfortunately, this is beyond our control.

Allergies and reactions to metals are not eligible for refunds.
